Cathy McCarthy will design a comprehensive nutritional and lifestyle action plan that is goal orientated and specifically for your health and wellness requirements. She will address all your health concerns including emotional and physical symptoms. You will learn practical life style habits and receive advice and recommendations that includes a dietary program, supplemental and nutritional recommendations, stress management and relaxation techniques and advice regarding your health and wellness questions. You will learn valuable lifestyle skills and receive personal support and guidance to prepare you for your personal journey to optimum health for your mind, body and spirit. Initial Consultation $110.00 (approx. 1 ½ hrs)

Approximately once per month after initial consultation
Follow up services consist of examining what changes have occurred and if any adjustments need to be made to diet, supplementation, lifestyle and relaxation techniques.
Usually three follow up services will produce positive results to reach your goals.

Telephone Consultations

Initial Telephone Consultation $85.00 (approx. 1 hour). The call is made by you at an arranged time which is set up in advance along with pre-payment to hold the appointment. Phone consultations require Nutritional Evaluation Form to be filled out in advance that can be emailed or mailed to you. A packet of information will be emailed/mailed to you so that we can go over the material together.
Follow-Up Telephone Services $55.00 (approx. 30 minutes).
